We ship to Asia, Australia, North and South America, Russia and middle east. If you can't find your country, please contact us at hello@mersor.com. We find a solution to unite you & your individual MERSOR product.

 

TRACKING
Our logistics partner DHL takes care of our shipping. We will send you a DHL tracking link by email as soon as we have shipped your order. This way you are always up to date about the status of your order.


CUSTOMS & TAXES

The shipping fee for international orders does not include customs and additional taxes. Our international customers bear customs duties or taxes that may be incurred during delivery. We therefore recommend to check the applicable duties and taxes before purchasing. You can contact us at any time under hello@mersor.com - we will be happy to assist. 


RETURNS
(1) Non-personalized products: We are happy to accept returns for non-personalized products within 30 days. Returns within the EU are free of charge for the customer. The costs of the return outside the EU are to be borne by the customer.

((2) Personalized Products: If your product has been personalized, we are unable to take returns as it was made by hand only for you. We check each item personally before sending it to customers. If your personalized product still arrives damaged, you can of course return it for free. Please read our General Terms and Conditions for further information (§ 7).


How can I return an item?

  1. Send us an email to hello@mersor.com and let us know that you want to return an item. If it is personalized but demaged, it would be very helpful if you could send us an photo(optional).
  2. We will send you the return note by e-mail. Please print it out and stick the label on the package.
  3. Please send it back with DHL - within the EU, return shipping is free of charge.
  4. As soon as the product has arrived, we will refund your payment to you.
